Well done

I like this plan, but have 2 questions.... First, why is there another door in the front of the house leading from the laundry room going to the outside?? Second, why is there a wall blocking half of the bathtub in the master bathroom??

It's an uncomplicated plan, and it includes the most commonly requested features. It has an office appropriately located at the front for a home business. The decorative fireplace doesn't interfere with the TV and could easily be omitted. There is a pantry and two extra bits of counter and cabinets in the kitchen. There's a good-sized laundry room with an added cabinet for cleaning supplies. The generous master suite has both a shower and a soaking tub. The secondary bedrooms are somewhat exposed to sounds from the living area. But overall, this is a well thought out plan!

Very nice. Things that could be tweaked: pantry in kitchen, microwave is up way too high; linen closet for bathrooms; the laundry room is large enough to have separate washer and dryer; and there is no garage - where would someone park a car, store bikes and tools, etc. The wrap around porch is very nice, however, for me it's wasted space that could be added to the house. Smaller front and back porches would be sufficient.

Beautiful kitchen!

This house checks most of my boxes, with spaces for all the necessities. My one concern would be for pantry space. The kitchen has some good cabinetry, but nothing big enough for good storage.

Nice home but at 1700 sq Ft, not really small which works nicely.

This house is so beautiful. It has a foyer, it has hallways; these things are missing in recent design. What really sold me was that kitchen and laundry room placement, very functional.

Your videos would be so much better if you walked through the home and explained what we were seeing. Open doors, open cabinets, open closets, open drawers. Not just showing flashes of the rooms. I have no idea if the bedrooms are together or if they're separated. Is the kitchen in front of the house from the back of the house?

Lovely design but i would add in the laundry 2 large storage cupboards for vacume, mop and bucket, broom, etc and ironing board as well as suitcases and in the hallway near the bathroom a large linen cupboard as well. As thats is what most designers seem to miss out is storage only a women knows.....
